Brody's Bakery exceded all my expectations for deliciousness! we ordered six dozen cupcakes for a party and had I know they were going to be as amazing as they were I would have ordered more just for myself! Vegans and non-Vegans couldn't get enough. Trust me when I say over order! You won't have any left. Thank you so much Katie, I hope to have more of your delicious treats soon!

6. Hi Laura!

   I'm sad to see that you didn't give our products a try. :(

   Although we unfortunately do not have currently have access to a gluten free facility, our products are made in a separate area of the facility on 100% dedicated gluten-free equipment and actually ARE safe. I have Celiacs myself! I hope you'll read this and give us a try.

7. i was sad to read on the packaging that you are claiming "100% gluten-free" when your gluten-free items are not made in a gluten-free facility. as someone who has celiac and an authentic wheat allergy, these aren't safe for me and my family. which is a bummer, because i would love to try your products!

8. Katies sweets and treats keep my Vegan daughter going at school. Every kid wants a cookie or cake with their lunch and Brodys Bakery makes that happen for my little girl. She has to eat a vegan diet , because of her Crohns Disease , and without these amazing baked goods my daughters lunches wouldnt be much fun. Our Faves are the coconut cupcakes, the sweet potato cookies , Brodys Breakfast Bars , and heck just about everything on the menu. Thank you Brodys Bakery for saving my daughters Lunch!

   I ordered GFCF chocolate cupcakes and truffles for my son for Easter and they are beyond wonderful!! I can't believe how fantastic they taste. Our family is fighting over them!

   I have ordered Ginger Molasses cookies and truffles for Christmas and Carrot Cake and Lemon-Cranberry cookies for Easter. I have to give myself a special occasion to place an order, as I would quickly gorge myself on Katie's treats if they were around on a more regular basis. They make a delightful and satisfying breakfast or a tasty and blissful reward at the end of the day. Unique and truly wonderful!

   I received a tiramisu cake and oatmeal pies from Brody's Bakery, and let me just say that I ate the pies for breakfast for as long as they lasted and lied to my husband and child when they asked if they were all gone. They were too good to share! Unlike their commercial counterpart, these oatmeal pies were not sickly sweet, were substantial, and you could actually taste the oatmeal as well. They're amazing. I'm just lucky I don't live nearby or have the money to order frequently or I'd be very very fat... but happy!

   Katie tried a different way of making Brody's breakfast bars (which I order WEEKLY) and now has another fantastic bar called "Brody Goes Hawaiian"! Well...... let me tell you.. they are even lower in calories than the original Breakfast Bars and they are TO DIE FOR!!!!! These are now my new favorite so I rotate these bars with her original bars when I place my order. Her new bars are made with dates, coconut and other yummy Hawaiian type fruits and best of all... they still have those delicious chocolate carob chips in them. I think she makes them minus the carob and with dark choc chips as well. Depends on what people like. Anyway.... FYI... I am now a big fan of these new "Brody Goes Hawaiian" bars and although she does not have them on her menu yet...(she will soon)... you can still order them NOW!. You will LOVE the sweet taste and know that you are eating a nutritious bar that will keep you full for hours. They are great for breakfast or I also grab one for an afternoon snack.    I must say, I've had lots of ginger molasses cookies in my day, and Brody's Bakery's are by far the best I've ever had. My children followed me around for days wanting more. I gorged myself on the date nut truffles, too. Perfect blend of flavors. I can't wait to order again very soon!

   One of the baked goods I just had to try was Katie's Oatmeal sandwich cookies. They have a wonderful texture and the perfect amount of sweetness to the cream center. I will definetly order them again! I also loved her caramel apple pie and hubby says it was THE BEST Apple Pie he ever had ! Can't wait to place my next order!

   I received my order yesterday and had to try a bit of everything I right away. Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies, Pecan Pie Brownies and Rocky Road Cookies...they were all so good!!! I had never had Vegan food before and was pleasantly surprised at how tasteful everything was. The beginning of my next order will be the Molasses Cookies and I can't wait!!!!! Wonderful food.

   I live with chocolate loving carnivores so my first order from Brody's Bakery was brownies (for them) and Mexican Wedding Cookies (for me). My chocolate-snob husband swears that the brownies are the best he's had. My son keeps asking for more. The wedding cookies? Amazing. The texture is perfect, they're buttery and HUGE. We also tried Brody's Breakfast Bars and they're incredible. My son, who has sensory issues and is super picky, really likes them. They're so much better than a store-bought granola or cereal bar. They're tasty and stick to your ribs. We're ordering more from Katie every chance we get.
